Who I work with

Typically, my clients are busy mums and women on the go experiencing ongoing digestive issues and looking to reduce cramping, bloating, constipation, diarrhoea and gas. I use the best in nutrition science to provide relief from their debilitating symptoms to improve their energy and digestion. This often leads to improvements in other areas, such as weight management, hormone health, sleep, stress and mental health.

I combine nutrition and lifestyle advice with health coaching, which gives clients a complete solution that helps them to stay motivated and focused.

As a mum of two young children, I understand how difficult it is to make time for yourself, whilst juggling a busy life. I empower my clients to prioritise themselves to take back control of their health and feel like the best version of themselves.

My journey to better health

I experienced digestive issues for many years, following time spent living and travelling abroad. I went through the standard medical processes of ruling out any gastrointestinal diseases and was eventually diagnosed with IBS. Like many people, once the diagnosis is given, the support ends, and you are left at a loss of what to do next.

After more years of suffering, I decided to take control of my health, and studied naturopathic nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. From my studies, I learnt:

  • IBS is common, affecting approximately 10-20% of the UK population, and twice as many women as men.

  • A diagnosis is not an answer, it is just a starting point.

  • Everyone experiences different symptoms.

  • The root cause is different for everyone, and with detailed case analysis and, if possible, functional testing, you can uncover it.

  • Once the root cause is identified, guiding clients through a personalised “5R method” - Remove, Replace, Reinoculate, Repair and Rebalance can lead to symptom relief and enhanced overall health and wellbeing.

  • In summary, there’s no “one size fits all” approach.

I believe that with the right information and tools, busy women like you can manage their IBS and lead a normal life free from discomfort and full of energy. Now, I am passionate about sharing this knowledge and helping clients to regain control of their health and feel amazing. If I can do it, so can you!
